Payment Methods: Imij Wardrobe  PREFERS EMAIL TRANSFER AS A FORM OF PAYMENT AND ALSO accepts major credit cards AND cheques,  NO CASH IS ACCEPTED. 

APPOINTMENTS: Please make an appointment at least 24hrs ahead to assure those working have plenty of personal space.

Rental Terms: All rentals are based on a 1-week cycle, which begins on the day of the pick up and ends 7 calendar days later before 6 pm.

Returns: Any worn or soiled items must be returned in clean condition or an additional cleaning fee will be charged. CLEANING FEES WILL BE APPLIED TO ALL ITEMS TRIED ON BY TALENT. Upon return, costumes will be quarantined for 48 – 72 hours. Reasonable wear and tear will be accepted but will be reviewed on an individual basis upon return. 

Alterations, loss, & damage: all goods must be returned in their ORIGINAL condition unless specified. alterations or any modifications must first be approved by imij wardrobe. any item
not returned, is lost or DAMAGED will be charged the full replacement cost of the item.
rented wardrobe is not "for sale" for any reason. 

fees: RENTAL FEES ARE DETERMINED ON A PER ITEM BASIS, FOR A 7 - DAY RENTAL PERIOD. THOSE ITEMS THAT ARE NOT RETURNED BY THE 7 – DAY DEADLINE WILL BE CHARGED A LATE FEE OF AN ADDITIONAL 10% PER DAY. ANY UNRETURNED SHOE or JEWELLERY BAGS WILL BE CHARGED A REPLACEMENT FEE OF $5.00 - $20.00 EACH DEPENDING ON ITS VALUE. ANY MISSING BARCODE TAGS WILL BE CHARGED A REPLACEMENT FEE OF $5.00.
 
A SPECULATION DISCOUNT WILL BE APPLIED TO FILM PRODUCTIONS ONLY WITH DEDICATED WARDROBE FITTING DAYS. ALL SPEC ITEMS WILL BE GIVEN A 60% DISCOUNT OFF THE FULL RENTAL FEE if RETURNED UNWORN IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION WITHIN 24 HOURS OF BEING PICKED UP. SPECULATION discounts DO NOT APPLY TO PRINT OR VIDEO AND All ITEMS TAKEN TO SET ARE CHARGED AT FULL. 

late fees: if additional rescheduling of a rental period is required, please contact imij wardrobe as soon as possible to make arrangements. 

pull-fee: imij wardrobe offers pull services for $75/hour with a one-hour minimum fee. if an order is placed by 4pm, it will be ready for pick up the next MORNING by 9:00 am. 

​WARDROBE FITTINGS: Zoom wardrobe fittings may be booked at IMIJ for $75/hr for one talent at time, with a minimum 2 hr booking. We have a dedicated fitting room with a door for privacy which can be easily disinfected. For a half day booking up to four hours we charge $295 and a full day booking up to 8 hours costs $550.
